Referral service only

We are not a roofing contractor, inspector, engineer, adjuster, insurer, or representative of any contractor. We do not inspect roofs, diagnose conditions, perform repairs, prepare estimates, or guarantee the work, availability, pricing, licensing, registration, insurance, or results of any referred contractor.

Contractors we refer are insured to the best of our referral information, but you must verify current insurance, business identity, Pennsylvania registration where applicable, local requirements, references, and written scope before hiring. Pennsylvania does not issue one statewide roofing license; a contractor may still have registration or local obligations depending on the work and location. Do not treat this website as proof of compliance.

Estimates, inspections, and claims

A contractor's inspection or estimate is the contractor's responsibility. Ask what areas were inspected, what was inaccessible, what documentation you receive, and whether repair is an option. A referral does not mean that a roof needs repair or replacement.

Insurance coverage is determined by the policy and carrier. We do not promise that a storm inspection will support, qualify, or win a claim. Keep your own photographs, reports, invoices, and correspondence.

Information on this site is general information, not professional, legal, engineering, or insurance advice. Do not submit passwords, financial information, or sensitive personal information through the form. You agree not to abuse the form, impersonate another person, or submit false information.

Limitation and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Pittsburgh Roof Inspection is not liable for a contractor's acts, omissions, delays, pricing, communications, work, or disputes. Questions about a contractor's work should be directed to that contractor.
